Negative Action Toolbox

The Negative Actions Toolbox was designed for States to use as a guide and training tool for all employees to help maintain quality customer service and increase program access, while continuing to improve the negative error rates. The toolbox includes the Review Project Summary Report, a training PowerPoint tool, the Updated Keys to Valid Negative Actions, and a collection of existing State tools to share.  The toolbox is also available to States on the Partnerweb.
